A compliance pack for plant operators, shared in one link.

Everything a principal contractor asks for, already together. Insurance and licences, current SWMS and risk assessments, recent prestarts and service history, and a stamped Machine Logbook PDF for every machine covered. They need no login.

Built for small earthmoving and plant businesses in Victoria.

A Deadset compliance pack: units covered, download buttons for one PDF or a ZIP, and insurance with issue and expiry dates.
  • One link

    No login. No chasing files.

  • Machine Logbook PDF

    Per machine. Stamped. Dated.

  • Full audit trail

    Every view and download kept.

Share by link, or as one merged PDF.

An admin picks which machines go in, how long the link lasts, and sends it. Revoke it any time; a link can't be edited once it's out.

What's in the pack

A cover sheet, then the business's current paperwork and each machine's own records.

  • Business details, insurance and licences with issue and expiry dates
  • Current SWMS and risk assessments (superseded versions are never shared)
  • Each machine's latest 30 prestarts and latest 10 service entries
  • Who's authorised to operate each machine, where that's switched on

Machine Logbook PDF

A dated, three-section logbook for each machine, built from records already kept, nothing re-entered.

  • Operator safety checks: the recent prestart history, pass or fault
  • Faults and action taken: each defect raised, and how it was closed
  • Service history: the schedule, its status, and recent entries
  • A page x of y, generated date and snapshot ID on every page
A machine record in Deadset: hour meter, defects, and a service schedule with due-soon and current statuses.

Kept under control

The link is the credential. Nothing about who opened it or what they saw is left to guesswork.

  • 7-, 30- or 90-day links; revoke one instantly
  • Every view, download, create and revoke is audited
  • The pack record is insert-only: it's never edited after the fact
  • Policy numbers only appear inside the certificate itself
The Deadset supervisor console showing fleet status: machines in use, open defects, paperwork expiring and items needing review.

From admin console to contractor's inbox.

  1. Pick the machines and the window

Choose one machine, a tick list, or the whole fleet, and how long the link should last.

  2. Send the link

Copy it into an email or a message. The recipient opens it straight away, with no account to create.

  3. Download or revoke

They can read it online, or download one merged PDF or a ZIP of the originals. You can revoke the link at any time.

Deadset serious about safety.

We are taking on a small group of Victorian operators first. Look through a sample pack, then tell us about your fleet.

The sample pack uses fictional machines and data.
